New Square Footpath.

This leafy pathway leads towards Christ's Pieces  and across to Cambridge city. It joins up two shopping centres but due to planning there are not many shops open  at the moment in the smaller Grafton Centre.  Many people making the most of the lovely weather in every green space. This is a familiar area  to me, as when a young child, about 6, I learnt to turn somersaults on the railings, although in those days it was concreted over to be used as a car park. The locals were so pleased when it was turned back into it's original grass.
