A Monday. A real one.
The good parts... cycling to and from work in the warm sunshine... homemade tzatziki and hummus for dinner... lots of good banter in the office.
The Scottish Parliament keeps bees. Not sure why, but it does. Anyway, today’s early humour was an email about the bees “invading” the building and the need to keep windows closed. Problem solved a couple of hours later when the beekeeper arrived.
Soon after, I had to deal with a very angry citizen demanding the Government solve the problem of aggressive seagulls in the town centre. Nesting season... it had taken his sandwich out of his hand, so fair enough. Trouble is, like all birds herring gulls are protected.
I don’t eat outside in the town centre. Safer.
Blip is just my (short) walk back to the office after lunch (inside).
