the funny birds

WHAT is this ? The feet are as large as the body and the head is tiny ? Maybe these are stupid birds, with such a tiny head but I guess this conclusion is not valid. They were moderately interested in me taking images of them. And I appologize if the image is technically crap maybe because I edited on the laptop in full sun light - something I cannot recommend!
