last of the summer wine

time pressures today dictated a hurried "image" ..sorry to the purists out there ..it started life as two apples still on the tree. and surely soon to be on the ground? have to say the garden is looking very skanky ..in need of mucho work..think the house and garden should make the goal list for next year,, need to take some pride again in doing the house after a long break from doing it,,
anyway news that news, historic day ,, no drama obama made it a second time, and what an acceptance speech , who cant be moved by this great communicator. the world can stop holding its breathe again, cant help that Mitt was hampered from the start .. didnt his parents like him , or perhaps just thought glove when naming him..thought he took defeat in a very noble way that serve as an inspiration to us all and more importantly our politicians who seem to demonstrate less reasoned argument then that seen in the school playground.
however in my reality the worse thing that happened to me today was at my last delivery,, threw down my clipboard on the floor so i could stow the tail lift and a passing car came so close to me and run straight over my board.. ummmm cheers mate.. couldnt help but laugh though,, the POD had a perfect inprint of a tyre ,, received by goodyear..longer trip tomorrow and more prospects for a decent snap..
