cacao beans

tonight at my Women's Institute we had a chap come along to teach us all about the history of chocolate and the wide ranging health benefits! it was amazing!

we tried lots of samples and this blip is a half peeled cacao bean, each bean has it's own genentic profile and can have varying tastes and colour, it was very bitter but I quite liked it, I felt a bit overindulged by the end of the night from a powerful chocolate hit!
