light at the end of the tunnel

have you ever seen the comedy sketch where the guy falls on the tread mill and goes flying off the end ...well thats me !!!

everything just seemed to go at a hundred miles an hour today... and although I achieved a lot , I know feel like a crumpled mess on the floor.... .maybe it's just my age .... this turning 30 is not good for you !!!...lol

the light in question is dim at present but I know it is there somewhere ...I'll find it some day ! till then I will just smilin, laughing , blipping and makin soup !

this is the old railway line that is now a pathway ( has been for over 40 years ) that runs behind my house
