Corner

A short series of Orkney Dyke blips will inevitably follow yesterday's library find.

Today - South Ronaldsay. Interesting, belt and braces?, style dyke, with barbed wire fence attached. I like the spacer, here at the corner.

Jive, food shop, gardening.

Heard late afternoon that there would be no dancing, which is a shame, but meant I had a very welcome evening at home. All the more enjoyable because it was unexpected.

Did some weeding and then spent a couple of hours reading. I didn't wash the car. It badly needs it, but I wouldn't want to go TOO far down the traditional Sunday occupations route!
