Went on a cycle ride with friends Kim and Steve today.

Selsey to West Dean and back is a mere 35 miles. Even on my E bike that took some doing. I ache like crazy and am very saddle sore. Kim had treat herself to a pair of super gel padded cycling pants. I want, no, need some of those.

We did visit an old railway station on the way. That's where I got 303 from. No idea why they wrote 303 on it.
