Sunbathing

After yesterday's heavy snowfall, the sun was beautiful today and did a good job of melting away the potentially treacherous ice and slush in our village. For the first time in a very long while I think the snow was worse down south - several of my friends have worked from home today where circumstances allowed, which has meant a few more emails than usual have been bouncing back and forth!

Miss Mandu can always be relied upon to seek out and revel in any shafts of light shining into the house, and spent much of this morning bathing gloriously in the sun spilling onto our bed. We have a gorgeous feather duvet, of which she avails herself at every possible opportunity. She's in front of the fire at the moment, though!
