Summer Pastures

The herds of cows are slowly moving up to Anzeindaz for the summer where they will make short work of the Alpine flowers! (Sorry TonyG). I had to go up there today to become a member of a group that owns an old chalet that I shall be able to use. It is like going back in time, wood burning stove, gas lights and a couple of bedrooms or "dortoirs". What lovely people they all are. On the way home I had to pop into the Villars Rando Festival where one of my photos (the extra in https://www.blipfoto.com/entry/2418515175708560175) won first prize. Now we are trying to get everything together to have a little camping car trip so no chance of commenting this evening. Apologies again!
