What yer got?

We loved The Detectorists, bought the box set and watched it through. And we are thinking it's time to watch it again. So I was delighted when Gordon alerted me to a photo opportunity this morning - two detectorists in the field below our garden, not the tractor field of yesterday, but the far field that edges the Ghyll, hence the wall. They were there for most of the day, walking up and down - so that made three of us who weren't watching the football. I wonder whether they found anything. At least they were doing it in broad daylight and almost certainly had permission, unlike the ones who have been digging holes in the middle of the night around Hadrian's Wall.

I hadn't realised that The Detectorists got a BAFTA (British Academy Television Award) for Best Scripted Comedy in 2015 and Toby Jones got one for Best Male Comedy Performance this year.
