Another Dreary Monday

Lots of trouble at work when I arrived. There had been a powerful storm while we were abroad and it had cut out electricity for 30 000 inhabitants and some stuff at work too. We could not get into our department, because the doors are electrical and they had somehow got stuck. While we were waiting I got a phone call that my servers were down and the backup system had failed. Fortunately I could fix it pretty quickly, but it was a dirty fix which has to be fixed properly later when people are not working.

This little mistletoe cake arrived totally undamaged from London. I hope it will taste as well as it looks.
