No rest..
..and we're not wicked. There is just so much to do, so weekends are full on. But we did get a mid morning break, when we drove in to Cromer and enjoyed coffee and scones with cream at The Rocket, overlooking the sea. It was chilly but certainly got Jon and I in the mood for our holiday. We plan lots of Cornish cream teas in less than three weeks...and I can't wait!
With Jon and the boys laying out the foundation area for the summer house, I cleaned the spare cooker in the garden. It was much warmer in the garden than by the coast.
At about 4 we went to Alby. Bought some bee bits for the hive, then had a mooch around the caravans and motorhomes at Downtide. We fell in love with at least 5 or 6. One day we will get our dream campervan, I'm sure! We'll probably end up living in one!
Ended the day with fish and chips on the pier. It was a beautiful evening and we sat for a long while just looking at the sea, and watching people walk past on their way to the opening night of the summer show.
£1.04 squandered at the arcades and now we are home. Feeling quite shattered. It must be because I was awake at 6 and up at 7. It will have to be a double lie in tomorrow...
