Smoked trout mousse

On croutons with marinated crudités. New starter on the menu today. One of the new main courses is a pumpkin and goat's cheese ravioli on char grilled vegetables with a sage butter sauce and rocket dressed with pumpkin oil and seeds. I'll try and sneak a picture tomorrow :-)
