Village fete.

It was the annual village fete today- held in order to raise funds for the parish church.

As ever, there were stalls a plenty- a great selection of books, cakes, plants and bric-à-brac.

The photograph shows some African drumming- there to provide the opportunity for people to have a go for a small fee and join in with the professionals. Our friend Gavin is on the left in the thumbnail and the vicar is on the right....I think they were trying to out drum each other!
