Light at the end of the tunnel?

With the economy worsening, we had a "Motivational" talk in work. Aimed at scaring us into working harder. In my eyes, this country is financially finished. Unless there is some amazing miracle, the BOE will just keep cutting interest rates until they will have to start the printing presses.
