My offering for Flower Friday is a little different. It is the pattern on my sunlounger.

I had an upsetting incident at the shop yesterday. An elderly regular customer lost his balance and fell into our Bric-a-brac display. On his way down he must have crashed his head into something very hard as he had an enormous gash to his head and there was blood everywhere. Luckily another customer had more first aid training than I have so he was able to take charge. I called the ambulance immediately and we kept him as comfortable as possible until they arrived and then took him to hospital for stitches.
He was eventually smiling as they took him away and thanking us profusely for looking after him so well. He's a sweet old man (87yrs old I think) and I hope he's OK. I was asking around today to see if anyone knew where he lived so I could check in on him but no-one knew exactly. I will keep trying tomorrow.
