FlowerFriday22_2018 Cheerful

Today's FF offering is a bunch of bright and cheerful gerbera in my favourite clash of colours, pink and orange.  Today has been more cheerful in other respects too:  Violet came to us this morning with her little hand still bandaged around the cannula and we were still awaiting her blood test results.  Much later, in the afternoon, she had been back to the hospital with her daddy, test results were in and showed that she has been suffering from a viral illness which meant that the wretched cannula could go and she is most definitely on the mend.  I've indulged in two extras today: a shot of the alternative flower with Tinkerbell at the front room window and another of her enjoying a little seesaw ride at the supermarket early evening. We just need to get her eating properly again now but maybe that won't really happen until those tonsils come out.
