Filling the tins

Well, it’s Friday and Dr D is in at the cathedral enjoying his weekly session on the pipe organ so it’s a good opportunity to whip up some shortbread and afghan slice to go with after-dinner coffee. The slice topped with lemon -chocolate icing and walnuts from our generous tree.
