Preparation

Tonight when I got home I spent a few hours preparing a large volume of information ,this includes contract procedures,photo's,Health and Safety, MSDS, Backflow testing and water sampling folders. I need all this for Monday morning when I will have my Professional Conversation with my Assessor for my Civil Trade Certificate. This for me is the final chapter in my long Career and the highest recognition one can receive. Certainly a number of years of on the job training and Block Courses has gone into this and is recognition for the hard work put in.
