Roadside thistle

Odd start to the day today: I had not expected my morning to involve removing a tick from Bodhi's shoulder. Silly cat. ;) My first time, but it was easier than I expected; don't know what I had thought.

Anyway. Bitty but busy old day. Walking to the hospital I used the "Halide" camera app, with depth and portrait both engaged, to shoot this thistle.
