Trail Run

Dropped L off at breakfast club (Belgian Day so waffles presumably) then MrsT & I went for a 6km run round the MT.

MrsT signed up for the Scottish Half (10k) in September so this was her longest run to date. Well done MrsT!

I’m off to study accounts for the rest of the day!!
