Beetroot and lentils!

Mr H and I travelled from Annecy to just outside Clermont-Ferrand today for an overnight stop. There was a restaurant next to the campsite so we decided to use it.

It was very nice but I was very shocked when Mr H chose a beetroot and lentil salad as a starter! I think he must be starting a new healthier eating regime!

I look forward to the reaction when I serve him something similar when we get home.
