Summer solstice outing

What a beautiful evening.  I went up the Chevin this evening, leaving at about 7.30 and thought, as it is the summer soltice, the sun will still be fairly high.  It was and it was lovely.

This was taken in a deliberately un-mown meadow, apart from a walking stip up the middle  So a waded into the middle of the uncut part, sat down and started taking photos. 

To be honest, I didn't really care how they came out; it was the process that was really enjoyable.  Not too bad though, considering it was handheld.
