A break in the heat is coming

Seattle hit a record high today of 88 degrees, although I think it was not quite that hot here in the north end.  Working out with my trainer this morning, however, it felt like 100.  With all the fans going, and chilling scarves tied around our necks, we still broke a sweat.

I didn't go out until 6:30, when the temperature had dropped to 78, to do some shopping.  While at the market, I saw this wonderful coleus, a variety called Campfire.  I've never been a fan of coleus, but this one was really striking and caught my eye.

We're looking at a high of 75 tomorrow, thank goodness.
