Salvia Turkestaniana

This large plant has self seeded in my front garden and now dominates one of the beds. Apparently it can be made into wine and if you crush the leaves with coconut oil you can cure scorpion stings. Not many scorpions in the London area so I don’t think I’ll be able to test the theory and I think I’ll stick to a G&T
