Ms Red-Bellied Woodpecker

I spent from 7am until about 9:30am outside this morning. At 8am it was already 84°F with heat indexes in the high 90s! Mercy on those that have to work outside in this weather.

This evening I went downtown to a sponsored dinner where my neurologist was the speaker. The dinner was good and as always it was great to see Dr Freedman. Spoke to a few new faces and hope to have encouraged them to become a part of the support group family.
