A Token of Love?

If a red rose is linked to love then this is a rose that I love, it is the deepest red and as the blooms go over they just dry without losing petals.

I'm often asked what is my favourite plant, yesterday it was weeping pear, Monday it was box hedging but today it is this rose.

It is a climbing rose and needed to be re attached to the house wall, the weight of blooms had broken the previous ties.

It was a good day at work and good to walk the dogs and eat dinner with RF in the evening. Lots to do tomorrow to get ready for our holiday.
