a cup of tea...

it's a limoges - very much an antique at that - dating to around 1900, perhaps 1905 - the photo doesn't nearly do it justice - but as i am not feeling very well - and wanted to get a shot of flowers - i noticed this gem - and decided flowers come in - many different forms for us - on a tea cup we can enjoy - them in a very leisurely fashion - then they'll last for some time

thing is - with this particular antique tea cup - i have failed to ever use it - i know - i admit to being fearful of breaking it - chipping it - destroying its beauty - in this case, i believe it's meant to - be admired on display versus used - so i can always hold in my thoughts - of what the perfect cup of tea - would be like - imagine that sense of wonder with its beauty - because then i'll always have it - and i see that as a very good thing - which, in my case, leads to...
