Highly Unsprung

Edinburgh feels

They've probably been some 16 years gone from Scotland, maybe even 18 years, and now lighten up Seattle and Tasmania. But even though these long years have passed, every time I walk the streets of Edinburgh, I still expect to see Anne, Dougie and Louise walk round a corner with massive grins. Feels kind of good, like old friends are still near, even though they are so fekkin' far away.

Edinburgh to me, will always be, Doug, Anne and most especially, Louise.

Day trip down for work, a bit of an intense session with a selected bunch of my peers across Scotland, to construct a Scottish outcomes framework for the day job, at the behest of the Scottish government. This was an emergency muffin kind of day. But lightened up at the end by bumping into a fellow weary train traveller but weel kent face on the way home, blipper ShiOna.
