Gannet Colony

Today we walked around the Nature Reserve on the island of Noss which is famous for its Gannets, Fulmars and Great Skua.

Today’s main blip is the sight that greeted us as we reached the gannet colony....pity blipfoto does not provide sound and smell .....it was quite something !!!

The extras are of a gannet in flight ( you have no idea how many attempts it took me to get anything like a decent shot!), a Fulmar and a Great Skua.
