The Kips

The hill to the left is West Kip and the one to the right is East Kip. As with many of the Pentlands, they are not to be sneezed at. However, K, L and I didn't go up them, instead we turned round and went back to Nine Mile Burn (as we had always intended, I might add). At this point in the day it looked as if the sun might come out, but sadly it didn't, or at least not for long. Still, it was good to be out and we were able to go at a sedate pace with time for looking at things (and for me to take photos), which doesn't often happen if we are out with the group.
