Bonfire Night Baking

Ok, with a little help from my friends here, it's ready to start baking for the school's bonfire night. Parkin, flapjacks, toffee apples, apple crumble, tablet are all back by request, and I'll see what else I come up with when we're done with that!
And that's just dessert! Our cooking team are planning chilli con carne, fish pie and veggie curry with marshmallows to toast with your hot chocolate as well.

I don't know if it's riding on the Olympics boom from the summer, or the success of Halloween the other week, or a bit of both, but we already have 200 signed up guests and counting!

The bonfire is set to be a spectacular one due to the happy timing of a wooden house in the neighbourhood being knocked down just as we were looking for wood, so I better stop blipping and start flapping my jacks!
