Vacation Day 6

First order of ther day was to get out of the hotel.. It was cold and awful.. We called back to Da Li to Dave's at the Jade Emu and they gave us the name of a place called the Pan Ba in the Old City in Li Jiang. It was a nice place and backed on to farmland where people were working the fields.

We went for a walk to see what we could see and happened across an interesting spot where people were washing the freshly picked vegies. The water flowing through the area looked nice and clean but on one side, there was a lady washing clothes and then the water flowed to where they were washing the veggies. After that it ran through a series of small ditches and was distributed around the farm area.

This lady was scooping it out of the small ditch to water her crop.
