Facilitated six sessions at IESE of Executive Challenge with this lovely group of business leaders from the Americas - one hour dedicated by the whole group to each of them and their main challenge (left to right: Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Venezuela, US and US). They asked for a photo with me and so a blip fell into my hands! I coached three of their colleagues from other group and IESE have kindly invited to their graduation ceremony on Friday.

Probably of all the Exec Challenge groups I have worked with this has been my favourite . . . they dealt with their challenges calling on the best and deepest of human values and bringing a fantastic Latin brotherhood to bear in the conversations.
