Dragon Boat Day

Thankfully it was stinking hot for paddlers today, hot but not as hot as recent years.

We headed to check out the races after church, but sadly none were on while we were there. Must have been on lunch break ...

Anyway, did get this shot of the beach and some boats lined up.

Back down later to the Plaza for a neighbour’s farewell. A rather nice event where we met some new people who don’t live in DB, and can’t imagine living here. Apart from that, they really were super people!
