moving day

we are here and we are fine, loving the view of the river. Steve hopped in a canoe this afternoon with the pups and paddled over to Lucas Boatworks : ) On the way home, anticipating the distance to our sea wall incorrectly, Chloe took an impromptu bath in the river! Steve dragged her out by her collar, dried her off and she was fine. I bet Asia had some words for her! It will take some time for the dock to be replaced here (former owner removed it) so Steve will just have to be on the lookout for dogs that want to get out of the boat early.

All is well, the unpacking has commenced and I am very tired. goodnight!
