Today was the day for Mrs C's Christmas present... finally... FOTC, postponed from March when Brett broke his arm. We just loved their TV series from 2007 and 2009 but they've only toured UK once in 2010, although they were at the Edinburgh Fringe in 2002/2003. Since then the New Zealand comedy scene has spread as far as the recent Marvel Thor movie and Oscar nominations for best song (The Muppets). We've been running through the series box set with Ms H to all get up to speed. 

So the SSE Hydro was packed, we were able to get seats near the front for the first time and it was just fab. Before the tour was announced I never thought we'd get the chance to see them. Considering it's been almost 10 years since being on the telly, it's amazing how popular they still are with 10 more arena dates around the UK still to go.
