Administation

Working for your own business is mostly better than working for somebody else’s, if you can handle the risk. However some things, including expense administration and time sheets are seemingly inescapable.

It’s a slow start. I slept badly last night, and the thought of all the admin isn’t motivating. I chat to Seb after lunch. He’s in Ikea buying supplies for a workshop. He sounds as tired as I feel.

I plough through the afternoon. Send the kids outside to play when they return from school (Norwegian school days are so short!)

Both kids are grumpy and they have a big falling out just before their  bedtime.

My domestic chores are done by nine, then it’s off to Asker to collect Austin just before ten. We're working at the same client this week, so we have the pleasure of his company for the week.

I check my phone. Liz has made it to OSL. I’m too tired to wait up for her.
