Male Roseate Skimmer

As I watched the dragonflies, along the edge of the canal and waited for a shot, I kept getting a glimpse of pink amongst the blue and green.  Finally, a pink one landed where I could get a shot.  I have never seen one of these before.  We have no pink dragonflies in Maryland. 

Otherwise a stressful but productive day.  Soon it will be over.
