Cranesbill

I took very few photos today .... not like me!

I managed a quick cycle run this morning before we loaded up the car and prepared for the journey back to Glasgow via Kirkcaldy Station where we left L's friend Jan to catch the train to Newcastle.

There are plenty of wild flowers growing in the meadows and in the grass verges bordering the stony paths. These pretty blue/purple flowers are a species of Cranesbill.
