Time for a very quick cycle down to the harbour before taking L's friend Jan to Kirkcaldy Station and then L and I headed back to Glasow.

Shopping, washing, staking up some plants that suffered from buffeting winds at the end of last week and a general tidying up of the flowerbeds before watching some of the tennis from Queens. I'm not a football fan but I will keep checking on England's FWC game.
