Load shedding

Was a rough day.

As I sat down to work, following post-radio, got a phone call from Mom.  Through the tears, she broke the news............. she had lost the keys to the security gate.

No problem.

I was on my way.

Hours later, I finally sat down to work...........

And then, the lights went out.  Mom was being load shedded.  The lights turned off at 6.50 pm, they only went back on, after 11 pm.

My productivity score for Friday = ZERO.

I would like to say, things improved dramatically on Saturday.  Alas, not so much.  The cherry on the top, at 8.15 pm,  the house was plunged once more in darkness.  A second night of load shedding happened at No 26.
