Fly high

Our orchid tree is in full bloom. 
Okay, I always thought it is called an orchid tree, but obviously it is some other tree. Nevertheless is is blooming and a real insect magnet. But the insects are flying very high, so I blipped out of a window in the first floor.
There was a bunch of black wasps with only a bit of yellow stripes. 
I suppose this were ceceris. But I'm also not sure about this.
