Battle of Britain Memorial

I had hoped that I had a lovely shot of the London Eye lit up with the Houses of Parliament in the back ground, but unfortunately it didn't come out too well. The only saving grace of visiting London is that there are lots of blipportunities! So here's a bit of the detail from the Battle of Britain Memorial on the Victoria Embankment.

Going to London also gives me an opportunity to vent (or do a Powercut as I think it is now becoming called in Blipland!) about sodding commuters! Can you not vary the time you leave work at the end of the day so you're not all catching the same train as me? There's no need for so much aggresion. I don't like being pushed and shoved and nearly run over by dickheads on stupid little bikes!

Ah well - back to the shires tomorrow :-)

Well done the Shots tonight. A much better performance than of late. Except for Tonkin the left back. Who is a complete moron. 2 stupid fouls right in front of the referee to get himself needlessly sent off after 30 minutes. Idiot. Not a bad point from there, although it does put us on the bottom of the table (temporarily!)
