We should have gone on a Welsh Terrier walk today but I woke with a headache so I stayed in bed for a while.

After some cleaning and a walk for the boys HtP and I went to visit Jean. She had a stroke last year and this was the first opportunity I’ve had to go and see her. We took cake and flowers and stayed for hours talking. She’s come a long way since the stroke and it’s important to be positive.
