Sunday dinner

I made a delicious Sunday dinner. Roast rib of beef, roasted root veg and these beauties.

I followed Jamie Oliver's recipe. Always have and always will. Because they ALWAYS come out like this. Big, puffy, crispy and perfect for holding gravy.

I always make too many.

But none are ever left!!
