Demoiselle

It was blowy and a tad chilly up on the ridge this morning, but a complete contrast as I came back through the parkland, where it was quite humid and sheltered.

I saw a few male and female Banded Demoiselle. The male’s are peacock blue and the females a delicate emerald green, hence the collage. Both taken with my 40-150mm lens.
