Too Tiny....?

I watched this little critter flutter out of a tree this morning, along with one of it's siblings. I think it's a blue tit? But they both seemed far too small to fledge. I think they were thrown out of their nest as it was really windy this morning. It was just near our pond at work.

The other one wriggled into the undergrowth below the tree. But this one just sat on the path looking bemused. I managed to pick it up and it just kept opening it's tiny mouth for food. I put it into a nearby shrub, in the hope that it's parents were close by. At least it was a little less vulnerable than on the path.
