Pet Shop Boys

After returning from our holiday in Italy we desperately needed to stock up on supplies for the furry inhabitants of our household which consist of two cats and a hamster.

We went to see the pet shop boys as Grandpa calls them. Interacted with one of their many resident parrots before loading the boot with bags of cat food, cat litter, sawdust and other supplies.

Now it is all back home in storage we are going to go and visit our little hilltop beach chalet in Old Felixstowe. It needs a BIG clean out and tidy up as we haven’t actually done anything other than use a dustpan and brush to rid of superficial dirt since we purchased it as a derelict shell back in the winter of 2014.

The main reason for the lack of cleaning is because there is no electricity supply in which to plug in a vacuum cleaner and other similar cleaning devices.

Now armed with the new rechargeable Henry cleaner we should be able to have a BIG spring clean without having to rely on a mains power source.

We also have our first set of tenants for this year, staying for two weeks and arriving at the beginning of August, so it needs to be nice and tidy ready for their arrival.

We may have fish and chips inside the chalet depending on the weather and how late it is once we have finished all of our chores and tasks.
